PCMA WING CHUN SELF-DEFENSE

PCMA Self-Defense is designed for individuals who want to learn self-defense techniques in a short period of time. The program is divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced training levels. The beginner level covers basic concepts of self-defense, learning to respond calmly in emergencies, simple travel tips, and basic grappling and counter-grappling techniques. The intermediate level focuses on physical conditioning, accompanied by basic pressure testing to react under pressure. Additionally, the intermediate course teaches basic ground techniques and continues with grappling methods. The advanced level deals with the use of weapons and how to respond to armed adversaries. It also includes more demanding physical training and mental toughness conditioning.

During the trial class, you will learn simple Wing Chun self-defense techniques, such as how to manage distance from an attacker; how to subdue an opponent quickly; and practical tips, such as being aware of safety issues when traveling abroad, and more.

PCMA Mind and Body Wellness program

The PCMA Mind and Body Wellness program is designed for those who wish to improve their physical condition, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses. The beginner course focuses on starting with the body, using various techniques from internal martial arts to alleviate discomfort, alongside simple stretching exercises for clear and easy understanding. The intermediate level involves standing post Qigong exercises and Qigong to strengthen muscles and bones, focusing on using breath with stretching movements to achieve unity of body and mind. Additionally, methods to strengthen muscles and reduce the risk of injury will be taught. The advanced level consists of practicing the Huang style Tai Chi 37 forms. Through this series of learning, participants will learn to relax their awareness, practice introspection, and enhance the efficiency of internal circulation.
